LeVance McIver, CDM, CFPP

LeVance McIver brings a wide range of culinary and food service experience to his role as the chef/food service director for Methodist Manor. He has served in food and beverage and kitchen management positions in both the restaurant and private club industries during his career. Florence natives who have become residents of Methodist Manor may remember LeVance as the executive chef of Florence Country Club.

His accolades include a first place win at the Institution Food House Show at Florence Civic Center. He has earned his degree in culinary arts from nationally recognized culinary institution Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. He also achieved certification in dietary management and as a food service protection professional. LeVance is a member of the South Carolina National Guard and United States Army Reserves.
