Retirement Living Associates, Inc. has three principals; David Ammons is the President and Helen Rhoades and Kyle Dilday are Vice-Presidents. Helen is involved primarily in Development, Marketing and Sales. Kyle is primarily involved in Management and Operations. RLA principals are very active in National, Regional and State associations and organizations. Mr. Ammons currently serves on the National Urban Land Institute Senior Housing Council. RLA's experience brings to Methodist Manor a broad base of expertise, new ideas and proven performance.

David Ammons has worked exclusively in the retirement industry since 1985. Mr. Ammons attended Wake Forest University and has two daughters one of which is at Wake Forest today as a freshman. Mr. Ammons was born in Dunn, North Carolina and has lived most of his life in Raleigh.

Helen Rhoades has worked with Retirement Living Associates since 1997 and brings a wealth of fresh ideas and experience with advertising, information technology and creative input. Mrs. Rhoades has one son and lives in Raleigh, she was born and raised in Kentucky and has lived in North Carolina since the mid 1990s.

Kyle Dilday has worked in the retirement industry for many years and has been a Nursing Home Administrator for 30 years. Mr. Dilday attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and graduated from East Carolina University. Mr. Dilday was born and raised in Eastern North Carolina and brings a great deal of experience to Methodist Manor in operations and management.
