Frazier Jackson
Executive Director
Frazier Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience in health services administration to Methodist Manor. Prior to joining the management team at Methodist Manor, Frazier served in senior leadership roles at retirement communities in North and South Carolina.
Frazier was formerly the executive director of Chestnut Hill of Highlands in Highlands, North Carolina. Other assignments include serving as associate executive director of Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community in West Columbia, South Carolina, and deputy director of health services for the South Carolina Departments of Corrections and Juvenile Justice. In addition to his management and development experience in senior living communities, his background also includes managed health care, hospital-based outpatient services, as well as health care services planning and resource development.
Throughout his career, he has received both professional and community leadership recognition awards, including a Certificate of Recognition by the Senate of South Carolina.
Frazier served in the United States Marine Corps in Washington, D.C., from 1971 to 1973. He earned his bachelor of arts in psychology and his masters of public health administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. He is licensed by the South Carolina Board of Long Term Care Administrators as a Nursing Home Administrator and Community Residential Care Facility Administrator (License #553-D99). He is also board certified in health care management by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Debbie Edwards
Director of Sales and Marketing
Debbie Edwards serves as director of sales and marketing for Methodist Manor. She brings to her role 16 years of experience in sales and marketing and three years of experience with retirement and continuing care services. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, and residing in Florence for the past ten years, Debbie consistently exhibits a strong commitment to her community. She has chaired a leadership committee for the 2007 Memory Walk for the South Carolina Alzheimer’s Association of the Pee Dee Chapter, was awarded the prestigious Dale Carnegie Outstanding Achievement Award and also is a member of the Junior League of Florence.
She is married to Phil Edwards and has two mini Schnauzers, Maggie and Bailey, and two toy Chihuahuas that she rescued last year for a total of four "children." She also has two god children, Hannah Grace and Ethan Rogers. She truly loves people and feels like God has placed her here for a reason, to love and serve people she meets on a daily basis.

Lorre Baird
Resident Services Director (BS, ADC)
Lorre Baird has served as resident services director of Methodist Manor for the past six years and has more than eight years of experience in planning activities for senior residents. Prior to her career in resident activities planning, Lorre worked in the education field for 18 years.
She is a nationally certified activity director who maintains affiliations with the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals, National Association of Activity Professionals and South Carolina Activity Professional Association.
As a professional serving the senior population, Lorre has taken a special interest in Alzheimer's disease education, treatment and therapy. She is an advisory council member of the Coastal/Pee Dee Region and a planning committee member for the Pee Dee Educational Conference on Alzheimer’s disease.
Lorre earned a bachelor of science degree in sociology from Francis Marion University. She and her cat Isabella love the country life. In her spare time she enjoys the art of music, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

Anita S. Harrelson
Director of Nursing Services
As director of nursing services, Anita Harrelson ensures the quality of health care delivered to residents of Methodist Manor through careful hiring and supervision of all nursing staff. A registered nurse for more than 20 years, Harrelson has earned credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Kennesaw State College in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Ann W. Ayres
Chaplain
In her role as chaplain, Ann Ayres serves the spiritual needs of the residents of Methodist Manor. A Certified Lay Speaker and Lay Teacher, she also is a member of the Chaplain Association of the U.S. Prior to joining Methodist Manor, her gift for connecting with people led her to an instructional position at Central Methodist Church where she taught mentally and physically challenged adults. There, she also served as a board member and secretary for the Disabilities and Special Needs Committee.
In addition to spiritual guidance and support, Ann also can offer residents insights on secular topics including art and history. She has taught art and history on all grade levels, owned an art school in Columbia, South Carolina, and worked as an art consultant in Chicago for 10 years. Ann earned undergraduate degrees in art and history and a graduate degree in art from the University of South Carolina.
Ann is married to Billy Ayres and loves playing with her three dogs, Basset Hound Sassy; English Bulldog Pollie; and Pastoral Dog Chardonnay.

LeVance J. McIver, CDM, CFPP
Chef/Food Service Director
LeVance McIver brings a wide range of culinary and food service experience to his role as the chef/food service director for Methodist Manor. He has served in food and beverage and kitchen management positions in both the restaurant and private club industries during his career. Florence natives who have become residents of Methodist Manor may remember LeVance as the executive chef of Florence Country Club.
His accolades include a first place win at the Institution Food House Show at Florence Civic Center. He has earned his degree in culinary arts from nationally recognized culinary institution Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina. He also achieved certification in dietary management and as a food service protection professional. LeVance is a member of the South Carolina National Guard and United States Army Reserves.

Dody Phillips
Director of Community Relations
Dody Phillips fosters and maintains relationships between Methodist Manor and the varied organizations and individuals that comprise the community of Florence. She is also a certified activity director and master gardener who lends her creativity and skills to enhancing the daily lives of residents of Methodist Manor.
An active leader in the community, Dody serves as an ambassador for the Florence Chamber of Commerce, board member for the Shepherd Center, member of the Lions Club and is active in Central United Methodist Church as a member of the worship committee and as a Stephen minister.
Dody is a graduate of Tuckerson High School in Arkansas. She also attended the Banking Institute of America, Piedmont Community College and the South Carolina School of Protocol. She is married to Bobby Phillips and is the proud mother of two. In her spare time she enjoys spoiling her two grandchildren and her cat, LuLu.

Wes Coker
Director of Safety and Environmental Services
A native of Turbeville, South Carolina, Wes Coker has served as director of safety and environmental services for Methodist Manor for nearly three years. Prior to joining Methodist Manor, Wes was employed as project manager/inspector for an environmental consulting services firm in Columbia, South Carolina.
Wes earned an associates degree in environmental engineering from Central Carolina University and served on the Central Carolina Board of Advisors for the past two years. If you’re looking for Wes away from work, you’ll probably find him fishing with his niece and nephew. He spends most of his free time enjoying his family and serving in the Youth Committee at their church.
