From Charleston:

Take I-26 West toward Columbia. Merge onto I-95 North toward Florence via Exit 169B. Merge right onto US-76 East (W Palmetto Street) via Exit 157. Within a half mile, turn right onto Twin Church Road (SC-S-21-106).

From Charlotte:

Take I-77 South toward Rock Hill and Columbia. Merge onto I-20 East toward Florence via Exit 16A. Merge onto I-95 South toward Savannah via Exit 141B. Take Exit 157 to US-76 East (W Palmetto Street) and turn left toward Florence. Within one mile, turn right onto Twin Church Road (SC-S-21-106).

From Columbia:

Take I-20 East toward Florence. Merge onto I-95 South toward Savannah via Exit 141B. Take Exit 157 to US-76 East (W Palmetto Street) and turn left toward Florence. Within one mile, turn right onto Twin Church Road (SC-S-21-106).

From Myrtle Beach:

Take US-501 toward Aynor. Just before Marion, continue on US-501 BR North. US-501 BR North will split, with SC-576 West to the left. Merge left to take SC-576 West. SC-576 becomes US-76 West. Continue for approximately 26 miles and turn left onto Twin Church Road (SC-S-21-106).
