June 1990 Construction begins on Phase I.
December 1991 Methodist Manor opens with 82 independent living apartments, 19 assisted living suites, and 22 skilled nursing beds.
October 1993 Full occupancy achieved.
May 1995 36,250-square-foot expansion completed (18 additional independent living apartments and 34 additional assisted living suites).
February 1996 Full occupancy achieved.
December 1997 5,000-square-foot Chapel completed and dedicated.
Fall 2000 New 12-suite facility opened for dementia- and Alzheimer's-related conditions

Renovations completed on independent living kitchens.

Expansion completed on assisted living area.

New independent living patio homes made available for occupancy.
2005 Methodist Manor of the Pee Dee now totals 182,566 square feet. The community offers independent living patio homes (Asbury Village), 100 independent living apartments, 53 assisted living suites (Wesleyan Suites), 12 suites for dementia- and Alzheiner's-related conditions (Magnolia Terrace), and 32 skilled nursing beds.
